Lionhead Rabbit Breeders - Bragg Lionhead Farm

~We don't need to Bragg- our rabbits do it for us!!~

We are a small rabbitry breeding Lionhead Rabbit's in North Western West Virginia. We are approx. 20 miles from Mineral Wells, WV. We keep around 35 holes here at our small farm.

We specialize on Chocolates and Lilacs.
We do some shadeds as well, keep in mind we don't EVER breed our shadeds into our Chocolate lines!
Although we don't show them we do brokens in all varities as well.

With our Lionhead's we will be focusing on keeping them to the standard, working on body and type, along with a long lasting mane and good temperments. This is all a work in progress for us. We are trying to better the breed and doing a lot of learning in the process.
Our comments for Nationals 2010 were excellent on our rabbits for type and mane! The ONLY thing they had wrong with them was lack of break and some flank wool so we will be working on that this year and I think having older Jr.'s and some Sr.'s next year will help!

We have now started raising Quality Hollands as well! We just started this in the spring of 2010! We had raised Hollands before, but we were never serious on showing them. They have actually stolen our hearts and we will be focusing on them much more this year!

We have alot of time, love, and money invested in our rabbitry. We price our rabbits for what I would expect to pay at another rabbitry of the same quality. We reserve the right at any time to terminate the sale of a rabbit at our own discretion.

Of course in the process of working on our colors, we will always have an array of many colors for pet, brood and show. We will always put our own needs for our program first and the rest will than be offered.
